SEA GODS LIFETIME WARRANTY
PLEASE NOTE - ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS SHOULD BE SENT TO info@supaustralia.com.
Sea Gods Stand-Up Paddleboards guarantees our boards to be free from manufacturing defects for the reasonable life of the item and one year for all accessories. If your board should ever fail due to defects in materials or craftsmanship, we will repair it free of charge or replace it at our discretion. Accessories will be replaced if they fail due to defects in materials or craftsmanship within one year from receipt. All warranty claims require proof of purchase by the current owner. Normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, improper care or impacts/accidents are not covered by this warranty. Losses or costs incurred as a result of loss of use are not covered. Please send your board back clean and dry- we can’t warranty a board you don’t take care of. We always do our best for our valued customers, but please understand during peak seasons it may take up to 5 business days for us to process your request.

To ensure best service, please contact us via info@supaustralia.com so we can talk through your issue and make sure return is the best option. Items returned unexpectedly without due notice will not be accepted.
You will be asked to provide pictures of the problem area on the board or accerssory so that we can determine the best plan for you.
COMPLETE THE WARRANTY PROCESS
Once you have contacted us via info@supaustralia.com and we have talked through your issue and are expecting the return, please follow these steps to complete the warranty process: Write your Order Number in large numbers on the outside of the shipping package so that we can easily identify it when it arrives at our shop.

Email us info@supaustralia.com with a description and some pictures of what is troubling you with your board. We will talk through your board issue and make sure that return is the best option.

Ensure the item is clean and dry before shipping.

Write your order number in large numbers on the outside of your box .

Ship the item back to Sea Gods Stand Up Paddleboards to the address below via your Postal Service or carrier of your choosing.
International return shipping
All items must be shipped as warranty items / repair with a declared value of $1 per item. Failing to follow this will result in the parcel being declined and shipped back at the shipper’s expense.
For any questions please feel free to contact info@supaustralia.com. Not properly following the above directions could result in the parcel being returned to sender at their cost.
There is no need to ‘register’ or ‘activate’ this warranty, it comes included with the purchase of your Sea Gods paddleboard, all you need is proof of purchase.
Please note that boards used commercially (like for rental fleets) are not covered by the lifetime warranty- more wear and tear should be expected with this kind of use.
